Mr Samuel has been a Consultant at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital from 1983 after training in Manchester ,Wrightington Hospital and a Fellowship in Switzerland .Mr Samuel received his Doctorate from Manchester University for Cancer Research. Mr Samuel is a member of the British Orthopaedic Association and the British Hand Surgery Society.
Mr Samuel has published over 20 papers in surgical publications and is a past examiner to the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
